For all advice regarding insurance products we are paid by the Insurance company once your policy is set-up. For our mortgage advice we can be paid one of two ways:
We do not charge you a fee, we are paid by the mortgage lender once your mortgage completes.
We charge you a fee which is typically 1% of the mortgage amount. Once the mortgage completes we forward any commission we receive from the mortgage lender onto you.
Your dedicated mortgage advisor will discuss the two options with you in more detail before we start providing any mortgage advice but it is ultimately your decision on which option you would prefer.

IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE.
FOR OUR MORTGAGE ADVICE WE CAN BE PAID BY COMMISSION, OR A FEE USUALLY 1% OF THE LOAN AMOUNT
